One of the most prominent threats to hapless humanoids on any given beach is the Landmine Anemone, named so for its appearance, as well as the speed with which it is capable of consuming its prey <3
Swallowing its victims whole, it opens its upper orifice once stepped on, and the victim is quickly strained down into the ground, tightly nestled inside the Anemone's stomach. The Anemone keeps its stomach muscles tense and stretching away from one another under the sand, creating a partial vacuum effect, which helps swallow its prey. Only once the victim is stuffed inside its stomach, does it relax these powerful muscles. The painful pressure from the surrounding sand makes unaided escape impossible, and therefore the Anemone can dedicate the rest of its energy to digesting its new meal~ >//w//>
Mild stomach acids are formed and pooled in a bulbous cavity at the very bottom of the Landmine Anemone's insides. Once a victim is wedged inside the stomach, either their feet or heads strain the juices out of this bulb. With each wriggle and squirm in either defiance or pleasure, more and more of this warm, creamy fluid is forced up across the victim's body ^o^
In this scene, a careless group of dick-girls and femboys happen upon a beach brimming with these creatures. As one of their friends is helplessly devoured, their natural submissive natures compel them to feed themselves to other surrounding Landmine Anemones <3
Soon they are all crammed inside their very own anemone, slowly being digested. The immense pressure pushing down on every inch of their being, combined with the ecstasy of submission, ensures that they enjoy the rest of their time inside these remarkable creatures >///<
Digestion commonly takes about 48 hours, however, depending on how much their given prey enjoys their fate, a victim's mind can be effectively wiped by continual and repeated orgasm, completely numbing their awareness of any sensation other than climax, thereby rendering their eventual expiration completely painless.
As if pleasure was an intentional side-effect of this digestive process, the insides of the Anemone are covered in a warm, slick lubricating substance. Its main function is to ease insertion of a victim's body, however its additional properties include a mild aphrodisical effect, as well as an acidic attribute that only affects sand. This slick fluid has the ability to break down grains of sand to a molecular level within seconds! This property of this particular excretion has been synthesized to aid in construction and other industrial processes worldwide, but needless to say, it required several tries, and numerous research-girls and science-boys to be digested before adequate samples could be collected~ = w =
Thus, the Landmine Anemone is a protected species, and fortunately for beach-goers, several brands of sunblock now feature, not protection against ingestion by these Anemones, but a subtle substance included in their respective formulas, that encourage the Landmine Anemone to regurgitate any victim wearing it, before full-on digestion takes place... so remember to pack your sunblock! o3o

Probably not the most realistic creature, since the sand would create far too much pressure to wedge a victim down the anemone's initially thin body ^ . ^U But the concept still appeals to me nonetheless~

Their 'mouth' could be an extradimensional opening into it's stomach, making the sand irrelevant perhaps.

That is certainly a bizarre, and yet, intriguing creature. Nicely illustrated, Scaylid00d. =)
But I do wonder now, if you know more about it: is the creature more plant-like in nature or more animal-like? Is it sentient in any way or does it simply react when being stepped on?

Thanks a bunch! :3 It's probably more plant-like, very similar to a regular anemone, or even jellyfish. Not really sentient, just simply reacts to its environment ^ - ^

Yeah, but they don't photosynthesize and they don't grow like fungi, so they've kinda ended up as 'animal' by default.
