This was originally going to be Power Armored Rocket Raccoon, thus the Ravagers symbol, but as often happens I ended up drawing such all-concealing armor that it could be anybody. Rocket, Technocoon, random raccoon, anybody. 83

All concealing armour like that could be pressurized then. More like a spacesuit I suppose.
