One Tag Per Line!

I've wanted to draw Sega/Archie's Sally Acorn for a long time, but never really got around to it. So...now I have. I gave her to my own character Sally.

Happy digestion, Sally! :D

I don't do requests. Or willing stuff for that matter. :P

Well I do xd

This is really reminiscent of your early work! Maybe it's just the text and simple BG thats makin' me think that though. Regardless, nice stuff!

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

Oh yeah. I definitely had the same feeling about it myself. I think it's the pacing and goofy tone too.

Also, expect more text. I bought Manga Studio 5, which, unlike Paint Tool SAI, has a text function. My horrible handwriting will show up a lot less frequently now. :D

vmoartet

Posted by vmoartet 9 years ago Report

Well, you could always do the text in SAI after the fact! I think it looks better than plain ol' text, to be honest.

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

I think you misunderstood. SAI doesn't have a text function, and Manga Studio does. :P

And yeah? Hm. I'll keep that in mind.

vmoartet

Posted by vmoartet 9 years ago Report

Yeah, I realized I understood that wrong after hitting submit and I was like "WELP". Should have got that, especially since I use SAI. Haha.

The rhetorical "Hope you don't mind" is always one of my favorite pre-vore lines.

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

It's really the only power they prey have: To decide whether or not they're okay with what's about to happen. ;)

miranda_dragon

Posted by miranda_dragon 9 years ago Report

Not that it matters!

I just like how it almost lends a polite air to the proceedings.

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

Right, of course!

selomon

Posted by selomon 9 years ago Report

I generally hope it do mind!

Eekamouth

Posted by Eekamouth 9 years ago Report

Man, now I really need to remember how splendid her neck is for the prey bulge- I don't want to though because I've still never had much luck fitting same size prey to their respective mouth and head though.. Ah but that's what practice is for. Thanks as always for the inspiration Humbruv' P_^

Eekamouth

Posted by Eekamouth 9 years ago Report

Oh, also I should specify better about 'same size'- I mean any time the natural sizes wouldn't allow one to fit entirely in the other's mouth I consider that same size. Obviously Acorn is smaller, just not by enough to easily accommodate swallowing whole.

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

Yeah, I consider this same-size as well, for that reason. S'why I put it in the tags as well as "size difference." If the prey makes an appreciable distortion of the pred's body, I'd call it same-size.

Eekamouth

Quite sensible P_^

'I am gonna eat you, hope you don't mind' XD

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

She cares what her food is feeling!

But only on a very basic level. :3

Slash

Posted by Slash 9 years ago Report

I say it all the time. It's the polite thing to do, right? :3

selomon

Posted by selomon 9 years ago Report

Lovely! But why hiding it?

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

She's part of a prey's rights group, and it'd be -so embarrassing- for people to find out!

selomon

Posted by selomon 9 years ago Report

Oh i see! I wouldn't have guessed after seeing her do this!

She might want to waer a thicker shirt then, it would be a shame if someone heard Sally!

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

I'm sure Sally will quiet down soon enough. :3

A member of a prey rights group? I wonder if that would be a good way to meet prey. . .

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

Oh, I plan on making at least one character infiltrate like that. :D

Tabatha_Cat

You know, I believe in prey rights.

I believe that prey should have the right to remain silent. . . or to squeal and beg, whichever they prefer.

Prey should have the right to fight and resist (If I can't overpower or outwit a mouse, I don't deserve to eat!)

Prey should have the right to a nice last meal, before becoming a nice meal in their turn.

Prey should have the right to have any expensive clothing and jewelery protected from the rigors of digestive acids by being removed before they are consumed.

Prey should have the right to a marinade that complements their natural flavors, when available.

Prey should have the right to a reasonable last request (reasonable not including something silly, such as, "Please don't eat me!).

Prey should have to have their belongings respected, either given to next of kin, or a charity appropriate to their species.

Sounds like we've got a bill!

Tabatha_Cat

Mmmmmm, I'm not familiar with Sega games, but Sally Acorn looks just adorably scrumptious here. I love the second shot of her looking up with those sweet innocent blue eyes, so terribly shocked that some predator would consider her to be food! Habitually thinking the best of others, the poor dear is hardly able to process that before she's sliding down the dragon's long gullet to her belly, fulfilling her role in the food chain.

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

Believe it or not, Sally's never been in a video game. She's from the comics and a cartoon that aired a while ago.

Regardless, that's something I really like about vore: The whole "Breaking societal expectations" bit. :D

Slimeman64

I think (I might be wrong here) she cameo'd in the Sonic Spinball game in one of the bonus stages.

Humbug

Posted by Humbug 9 years ago Report

Ah yep! Looks like she did. But she was never, like, a character or anything.

AcevisElecion

Posted by AcevisElecion 9 years ago Report

It's ok sally.

You probably didn't want to live long enough to see some of Sonic's later adventures anyway lol
