I will admit, theyre a PAIN to draw if youre more so used to drawing mainly humanoids. subtle furry faces are downright evil = x= its as grump inducing at CLAMP style women and men... not to say its not worth the challenge to yourself as an artist o xo

yea- a bit, but the muzzle and facial anatomy always threw me for a loop. also the whole... diversity of realism to extreme cartoon styles make it hard to really nail down reference to build skill working in the style. I usually end up looking to guys like squeakie for good neutralish ref. > x> though have a terrible weakness for the more creative and out there colorful artists. at that point I think theyre drawing more so monsters than furry characters. granted that line is pretty blurry now that I think about it. I get people mistaking caligator as a furry character at times.
