Happy Ten Years, Eka! \(^o^)/
Just a little fanart for our famed bunny-gal to celebrate ten years of the Portal. I used a variety of existing fanart as inspiration and as references for my piece. Really happy with how this turned out. The drawing part took the longest, the coloring... difficult, but not so long. This is the most detail I've put into coloring one of my works. I kept my pencils very sharp to color even the smallest of details. And as you can see, I didn't give her an entirely black outline. I like this technique and I think I'll use it again in the future. Also, this is all colored pencils, no ink.
In retrospect, I should've gone with a lighter purple for her irises so you could see her pupils better. Oh well...

Cute, I like this version of Eka. She often doesn't have a smile when drawn, nice change!

Yep, it had been gnawing at me for a while and I just needed to draw her, and right in time for the occasion.
Thank you, Sergit, and thank you for the fav. You're a good friend. Yeah, I know, my gallery and updates have been sparse. I'm still just not very good at drawing from my mind's eye, it's just so difficult for me to make that transition from what I see in my imagination and putting it down onto paper; that's why I don't draw much. But I'm gonna work on that, I promise. =)
I'm gonna try and do some more writing, though, I enjoy doing that. But you write too, and you know how it goes, writing also takes time and sometimes you just don't have it to spare.

the third part of Enda and Saeta's mini story is more or less finished, but I can't seem to give it a decent way to end. I know how it is supposed to end, but the transition between the current point I am, and the ending I want is... not smooth enough, so I'll have work on it for a while.
There has not been much progress on the other stories, sadly. I intend to get back to them soon. I hope you'll be there to proofread hem once that happens. :)
