"The most mysterious aspect of the timber wolf is its apparent predatory behavious. As they are composed entirely of wood and other plant-like materials they do not appear to have any functional digestive system as we would recognise, yet they have been known to hunt and devour local wildlife. Most mysteriously, all (fightfully rare) known sightings of timber wolves actually consuming their prey have been of them swallowing prey whole.

Though no official observations and theories have been put forward, many hypotheses exist as to what they would then do with the prey they catch. Some claim that they grind their prey into a sort of foul compost and use that to feed their plant-based forms. Others hypothesise that they assimilate the organic material into their own softer components. And yet more suppose that they may take live prey in order to drain them of vital magical essense, and that they would then regurgitated an empty, shrivelled corpse.

Despite their fearsome reputation, however, the average timber wolf pack can be easily fought off by a trained pony. As such there has never been a confirmed case of a timber wolf taking any pony prey larger than a filly. That being said, rumours and legends link timber wolves to many a mysterious disappearance in the few towns surrounding the Everfree. Tales tell of ponies - scientists, cultists, or simply those with a grim fascination - drugging a pony victim, binding them, and leaving them in timber wolf hunting grounds. Though sometimes accusations are made, proof has never yet been found of such misdeeds, and it may be that certain lucky timber wolves still feed on a diet of stupored pony..."

Even though they're normally no match for a pony like Big Mac, these timber wolves are making the most of their gift from unknown parties, and making sure to dominate their pony prey on his way down into the unknown depths~

Up until now, literally only one here and on Derpibooru, and that was a timberstalker from FO:E.

Big Mac as prey is an instant fav =D He really doesn't get eaten as often as he should!

Originally I was thinking of Applejack in this scene, but they I realised I wanted a little more gay in it, and realised Big Mac was the best choice ;p

Breaking wonderful new ground on these preds! Horribly undeveloped for such an interesting creature in MLP.

I'm honestly surprised that this is the first pure timberwolf vore pic here AND on derpi. The timberstalker is nice, but it doesn't quite cut it.

The ponies in this world are not likely to last very long with so much eating them!

I'll bet Ahuizotl's digested Daring Do by now too.. ;3

And just think how many ponies that hydra can swallow at once with 4 heads!

Quarry eels snagging unwary pegasi in the gorge...

The manticore probably ate Zecora..

And I even suspect Steven Magnet to be a sinister pred here, luring ponies close with his seemingly friendly personality, only to gulp them down!

Yes, a dreadful world indeed for a pony! But it's a Top 10 Vore Tourist destination, I hear. XD

Fun fact! But the hydra actually ate a minotaur antagonist in one of the MLP IDW comics. It's fully capable of vore in canon, which is kind of neat.

And there are cragodiles, chimeras, tatzlwurms, bugbears... so many monsters eating ponies around here! *blinks* Wait... where are all the ponies that were just... *sees lots of overly full monsters* Dang, gluttons, much? Now what are they going to eat? ;D

You forgot about plunder vines, which heavily hint the existence of carnivorous plants capable of fucking and eating a pony, and the fact that slime monsters and their drive to digest everyone are fully canon.

Add to this the existence of a mad god capable of separating your limbs, wings or private bits before grilling and eating them, all the way while you can still feel everything as if they were attached... (Damn, I myself would let him swallow certain part of my body if it could be restored later on.)

Oh, and I like to believe that Eqeuestria also has overgeown insects like giant spiders and mantids =P
And if you want something more intelligent, I bet dogs, gryphons, changelings and dragons would gladly take the offer of a free pony meal!~

I bet innate magic of theirs feels divine for magical beings, plus once you drain it the pony becomes literally useless. They aren't even willing to run or struggle once their cutie mark is gone - perfect little complacent morsels.
So yeah, make it top 5.

P.S. Now I just need more parasites that slowly devour the host and their brain in a sexy way while controlling and slowly corrupting their body and mind...

It's a shame that "Catch and Release" comic is nearing its ending and that we won't be able to closely follow Dash to see her glorious transformation. I don't know about you, but I'd watch another 10 panels describing her journey to her ultimate demise/new fate :D

P.P.S. I wish there was more oviposition as well... I'm still waiting on a perfect comic or fanfic that would feature mind control/corruption, oviposition, magic draining and then fatal explicit vore. "Dash to the Hive" was very-VERY close to that ideal but it was missing a few components. Oh well, one can only hope...

Well, people have drawn Discord and changelings eating ponies hundreds of times. Same with dragons. The other creatures I listed, not so much.

Must feel good cumming in Big Mac as he gets eaten... it's especially hot that his cock is dripping too, since it means he probably unwillingly liked it.
