I've been redrawing pictures from the past this Summer, so I decided to redraw this old picture for painting practice.

The intent here was to have the main character, the focal point of it all, not take up a giant amount of canvas space. I wanted them to be more within their environment rather than just keeping it as a backdrop. I also wanted folks to look around the background more too, see what's there, what they didn't see the first time or initially. I used a picture off of google for reference for the color palette.
But basically this is my Dragon girl, Tanwen (Which means Holy Fire). She's Welsh and uhhhh eats other dragons. I have a few ideas on how I want to develop her personality and backstory, but that's for later.
