How to Play: Read the comic and then choose in the strawpoll link below what Tanya should do next.
Make sure to pay attention to Tanya's Stats. Charm determines how easily Tanya can sway others and cause them to do her bidding through seduction or other means. Stomach shows how hungry she is. If her meter gets too low, the quest may be railroaded, or Tanya doing something opposite of what the majority of people voted for. Vigor is vital for Tanya to do certain tasks that may require more effort than normal. Vigor can be seen as a combination of energy and mood.
There are also Current Sounds to keep in mind. Tanya is a rabbit with large ears! This means she uses her hearing almost constantly to remain aware of her surroundings. Current sounds can give a hint as to whether you should be careful in a specific situation or can do activities freely.
I'm looking for a lot of participation with this quest, so please chip in! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

I'd agree, she may lead us to the cubs.

I say to trust her but I would ask about her snake friend Tanya just spit at the unknown assailant
Posted by JiklokEmisaryOfSteel 7 years ago Report
The only reason I suggest trusting her for now is because tanya is almost exhausted. Had it been any other situation I would say absolutely not. This and we do have the ability to "reverse" a decision if she dies.
A concern is that wether by accident or on purpose either Kuva could slide down into the serpent's second stomache. Keep your weapons on hand and do not look her in the eyes. She may paralyze Tanya and send her down without any means of defending herself.
Posted by JiklokEmisaryOfSteel 7 years ago Report
Also should Kuva be too sporadic and such Tanya could attempt to eat her whilst inside. Payback from the earlier encounter and saving space for Kuva who will, despite her size, should have some difficulty moving with two bodies inside her "first" stomache. It will not aid with the weight issue however.

Yeah
Posted by Russ 7 years ago Report
I say that we'd have to probably have to calm Kuva do who will no doubt panic and freak out immensely at what has happened if we go in. At this point, payback at Kuva just doesn't seem to matter to me anymore since her character described in Fidchell's other stuff is that of a troll or trickster archetype who does it to everyone. That and more pressing matters at hand.
And yeah, I would not really trust going into the gut of an ally, nevermind someone that is very admittedly in the dark like the stranger and Jabaro on trusting. But as is pointed out, the vigor is too low and we've no idea if wasting one is worth it for the sake of caution when later on something that requires a lot pops up and we're not ready, or if two will be lost and something bad happens as a result.
Posted by JiklokEmisaryOfSteel 7 years ago Report
They are all options that I notice can be used. Hence why I say "if" at most times. Tanya could have just as easily stayed with Jabaro. In any case if I can jog others to come up with something than I will try. At any point Tanya could cut her losses and just walk away.
Posted by Russ 7 years ago Report
That's a fair point, a lot of options are possible here.
Hell, it would be hilarious to see Tanya go, "Fuck all you people, I'm out." XD
Posted by JiklokEmisaryOfSteel 7 years ago Report
Then again it may not just be that simple. The new party in question might take Tanya by surprise or outright leave her be.
Posted by Russ 7 years ago Report
That is also true.
Hell, I did wonder if we would meet some old enemies of Tanya in the form of the Kevala Jackal tribe at some point. Maybe if we decided to leave Kuva to deal with Java while we went off with Jabaro.
And trust me, I'd rather take on Java, Kuva, the stranger, and Jabaro all at the some time than deal with the Kevala jackal tribe.
Posted by JiklokEmisaryOfSteel 7 years ago Report
Ai they are bound to come after her eventually. Though for this venture it seems more self contained. To be easier on the author and make it easier on the players.
Posted by Russ 7 years ago Report
True.
But when they do pop up, I'd be watching out for Dayla and Bruun, because those two are fuckin' crazy control freaks who do Enuk no favors of how they cuddle him to the point he is obviously going to be a useless pushover.
That and they'd obviously would try to murder anyone they perceive as being the slightest threat to them, especially if that person was just being friendly to Enuk.
I'd pretty much call them psychos beyond any form of reasoning with. So if we do encounter them in this or a sequel of sorts, then I say its kill or be killed.
Posted by JiklokEmisaryOfSteel 7 years ago Report
If enemies were to arise in such a way perhaps new allies as well. Say Luna's tribe? Though convincing them may be a bit difficult.
Posted by FidchellVore 7 years ago Report
They aren't really psychopaths, they just have their taboos and traditions like most other tribes would, and a rabbit getting close to Enuk when he was slated to wed to Dayla eventually caused some alarm. They wouldn't pull the whole killing thing on every person that would interact, IE Professor Fenneck, though Dayla is kinda crazy herself and she planned the whole thing of him getting eaten by the prince.
Posted by Russ 7 years ago Report
Just had a look through the comics. Been a while since I saw them.
You have a point there, I had exaggerated them as being psychopaths.
Though Dayla I would consider much crazier as you said for drugging both Fenneck and Enuk. Bruun from my second viewing seems rather very cautious, but does have reasons to be and does care for his son even if that over-caring is a huge hindrance to Enuk, and he did reconsider at least getting Enuk combat trained (not sure if that's a case of way too late honestly).
I guess I am just looking at it being that Tanya is quite possibly on their shit list, and from that they're not very likely to act well if they are in the comic and see her again. And I would treat them acting friendly to her rather suspiciously, especially if they offer any food and drinks.

Heh, another scenario popped up in my mind. Tanya being devoured feet first and then Kuva is accidentally unbirthed by Tanya on the way down. Doubtful the angles would allow such a thing but it is a thought.
Posted by Greennyy 7 years ago Report
would love to see that!
Posted by justanothermeal 7 years ago Report
a chance to be eaten without having to worry about digestion? it's a win/win scenario, you would be a fool to turn her down
Posted by DarkPinkie 7 years ago Report
Indeed.
Posted by MissLucy 7 years ago Report
Tanya is too tired and needs to rest. Worst case scenario we get a nice snek digestion(<3) and reset to a previous point so 100% accept.
Posted by Frazone 7 years ago Report
I'm sure it is pointless to try and deny the vore.
Posted by DissociatedChaos 7 years ago Report
Oh, almost certainly here. At least there can be some fun with Kuva in the snake-belly though, potentially. Fun may just be them trading insults and such, but who knows? Might get lucky and get more. :P

hmm yeah she could eat her out and solve a different kind of hunger ;)

OKAY WOW, PROJECTILE PUKE SNAKE. I haven't laughed like that in a while. I say we agree, but let's remind her that we still have the small blade and we'll cut her open if she tries anything.

Tanya should stay outside and ask about where the people of the village may have gone

I think Tanya should accept the offer
Posted by G0DF1RE 7 years ago Report
agree, we need our strength and we should get rested up as much as we can while we escape
Posted by ArcaneSigil 7 years ago Report
Hmmm... I'd agree simply because it would mean a bit of a rest after walking for so long. Sore feet and now an empty stomach can't do well for possible combat in the future. Besides, it would be a bonus to be able to make sure Kuva's ok and not concussed.
Posted by joeburp22181 7 years ago Report
I don't think the serpent woman would have wasted her time telling Tanya she had another stomach, if she wanted to hurt her instead of reassure her. With such low vigor, Tanya won't be running far without help.
Posted by Deffmobile 7 years ago Report
I would take up that offer.
Posted by Gone 7 years ago Report
Do it. Tanya is exhausted.
Posted by DemonicProfessor 7 years ago Report
I say stay with her but stay out the stomach. Two sets of eyes are better than one plus our ears can't detect sounds if we're stuck in a gut.
Posted by Kasra 7 years ago Report
Alright, lessee...vigor is down to two, and the implication of resting makes me think that refusing Java's offer will cost us a point. Hitting zero on that proooobably should be avoided. I don't think I trust Java quite THAT much, but at the same time I get the impression that the day is far from over and we may regret not gaining a point or two of vigor if we don't take this chance.
Since Java just ate Kuva because carrying her was too annoying, I'd have to say she would say no in the event that Tanya just asked to be carried, so that option's right out.
Two points. Tanya still has those poison darts, a possible get-out-of-stomach-free card (though technically we don't have any actual evidence it would work that way, it's our best bet). However, Java's gut looks like it's going to be a fairly tight squeeze. Not to mention I wouldn't necessarily put it past Kuva to eat Tanya in some sort of revenge scenario once she learns what just went down. If Kuva's talking in there, the paralysis is at least wearing off.
Obvious options are "yes" and "no" with modifiers based on preparation. Less obvious options are things like "split up" and "go back," which are hardly options given that the deal is to "follow Java." Also an option would be not believing Java about this "safe first stomach" business and attacking in an effort to free Kuva, but I'm not exactly thrilled by that option. I'm trying to think up some less obvious possibilities but coming up blank.
So in the end my vote is for Tanya to agree to be temporarily eaten. Since Java is unlikely to let Tanya take the sword inside (seems like it'd be rather uncomfortable), or possibly even our Belt of Holding, we should make sure to take a dart with us ready to use regardless of anything else.
Actually, doesn't Java still have a dagger in her tail from us stabbing her earlier? Let's give up the sword for now if we have to, it's probably too cramped in there to use it anyway, but take the dagger with us if that is in fact still an option. The sheathe should make that palatable for Java, and I feel safer with a dagger at the ready than with a poison dart that may not effect a possibly poisonous snake.
Posted by Kasra 7 years ago Report
I guess to sum up my vote:
1. Agree to be eaten
2. Retrieve dagger from Java's tail (assuming it's still there) to use as safeguard
3. If dagger is no longer available, ensure continued access to at least one poison dart
Posted by Sergit 7 years ago Report
Let's agree to Java's suggestion, also lether know that, if we can get out of this, we would like finding the cubs back.
If Jabaro is really an assassin, he might actually target the kids first. He might be the one who plotted the boy's disappearance too, to make it look like Java did it.
Posted by RossTheEmeraldFox 7 years ago Report
Yes.. But can she save Jarabo too?
Posted by afallenfox 7 years ago Report
No I think avoiding the stomach is best
Say no.
Also say that kuva belongs to us!
And stick with that snake lol.

Posted by angel97 7 years ago Report

Posted by JustaLurkingPony 7 years ago Report
Java didn't seem to be lying earlier, and she seems to be more open about her intentions than Jabaro was.
My vote is that she seems trustworthy, and that Tanya should accept her offer. As Tanya has not had time for a rest in a while.
Posted by HS 7 years ago Report
All aboard the snake bus! And when inside, Tanya can bind Kuva with the belt. Since Tanya propably can't hold her acids, I wouldn't have her eat Kuva unless it becomes really neccessary.
If Tanya can talk with Java while inside her, asking about anything and everything possible would be a good idea.
Posted by FriendlyDemon 7 years ago Report
Stay outside. As much as we all want to see more vore, it would cut us off from everything happening outside.
Posted by Adseria 7 years ago Report
I notice that no-one considered the possibility of our new projectile-snake-vomiting target/freind actually being freindly. He might just have been trying to save us from Java, or maybe Java was telling the truth about Jabaro being an assassin and this is one of his associates?
