I love the dialogue of your predators. They are so dominant, but try to be gentle with their prey. It makes me feel all snuggly. :3
Granted, I'm not sure how reformation works in your universe, but I like to imagine their fates are normally painless ones; with a predator gently hushing them to sleep as they digest.

Haha, thanks! More than narration or description, dialogue is my best writing skill, hehe.
As for the fate of my prey characters, let's see... Most, of not all my predatory monstergirls don't actually digest their preys. They absorb them.
That is, they get the prey's body inside, and then, their minds, body (cells and body mass, etc) and souls are assimilated in a process that is often more pleasant than unpleasant.
Then, the predator grows stronger and can even gain abilities or traits the prey had, tough this latter part is an uncommon occurrence.
Preys that have been absorbed in certain special ways, can be brought back later by the monstergirl who ate them, though they rarely do that.
Other than that, powers that allow bringing back those who have been eaten are seldom seen, but there are legends that speak of such feats taking place at certain times through history.

I appreciate information like this! ^^ I think it makes the predator's intentions more clear. Of course they are hungry, but they take the time to talk to their prey. After all, they are about to become /very/ intimate with one another.
I guess to sum it all up, I just love your interactions between predator and prey. Prey are of course frightened, but they discover that the predator really does care for them.
After all, the prey will never know love in their life as strong as the the love a predator has for its meal.

Indeed. In fact, since the preds benefit from the prey being healthy as they are absorbed, a pred who is not desperate for eating something to fend off starvation, will actually do everything in her power to nurse an injured prey back to health before eating her... though sometimes, after that happens, the predator monstergirl grows attached to her patient and doesn't want to eat the prey anymore so she just might let her go.
