Danny the Giant has been hearing all sorts of strange noises from his stomach -- stranger than the ones normally associated in a young giant with a healthy appetite, that is. It also feels odd and fluttery. A brave doctor volunteers to go investigate, which involves a harness and a stout rope, and an understanding on Danny's part of what may be unpleasant consequences if he fails in his promise to allow the doc to return the way he went in. (Generally, Danny's attitude is that once you're in there, you attend to business and exit the normal way.) Doctors are not to be trifled with!

So nice to know that he's considerate about the usual people that end up inside of him. Be it willing or not, they get to stick around for the long haul! Can only guess how long they survive, and how quickly he moves on from them :3
