Okay, so technically this isn't really a tutorial as much as it's a reference sheet, but I thought I might as well post it anyway.
The image itself is a re-drawn of another image I got from the web. I can't remember where I got it from, but the pose was something I wanted to try out with a same-size vore post image (colour, shading, textures... etc.).
I'm happy how this came out, and it might be something for me to do in the future. Wink, wink ;P
Hope you like it, or at the very least find it useful.

Y'know, I was just thinking about how more effort should be put into making vore bellies better proportioned.
Great work.

This is really nice, dude! Love that stretched out pose, and the extra little details after eating someone are great.

I very much would like to see your take on a digestion progression based on this! possibly even a little weight gain? :O
I've yet to see an artist do it, but I did the math one day. An average human body is worth roughly 110,000 calories. Taking into account the calories you burn on an average day, that amounts to little under 30 pounds you'd gain.

What all did you account for in your math? Post-vore WG is something I'm messing around with in my drawings, and if your math is right, 30 pounds is much smaller than I would have ever expected.

It's kind of based in some lousy science, but I know that the average human body (assuming 137 pounds) is ~110,000 calories.
There's also this old (and somewhat incorrect) claim that ~3500 calories = 1 pound. Really, it's not that simple, but for our purposes, it works.
Assuming the human body can even absorb all that weight and digest it efficiently (IRL; it can't), 110,000 / 3500 = about 31 pounds. Since the math isn't perfect, due to variables not accounted for like metabolism, strength of the stomach, weight of the prey, etc, this number varies between about 25-35 pounds of weight gain. All the useless stuff gets expelled so we assume disposal is a factor here.
I use this information in calculating nutrition value of players in Vorestation when another player omphs them.

Interesting, thanks for the brief explanation.

If somebody were to ask for a commission in this drawing style, what would it be? Is this "soft shading"?
