Nyara belongs to Maximum Impulse.
So I have no idea how a knight from another world got stuck tied up in Nyara's room. I suspect she abducted him. This does happen sometimes. Lycan and his wife Nyara like to kidnap him and do bad things to him. In this case Nyara uses him as her toilet. It seems he has been used recently, and is not happy about this at all. Clearly she has been working late and drawing lots. Him being so close makes it easy for her to use him and not have to walk all the way to the bathroom. That and it saves on water.
