Some people have been reading themes into this that weren't my intent. If you're not sure whether this comic is supposed to be social commentary or surreal fetish porn, you're probably thinking about it harder than I was.

I like your design for mermaids. Not usually a fan of consensual vore, but I enjoyed their exuberance and like I said the mermaid design. So good job. ^_^

understood, and im not shaming you for your disinterest in drawing childbirth, but it could be a sort of flash forward showing them with the babies without needing to draw the birth. it is your comic and it is really good so im not judging anything, your choice where it goes, im just being a nosy viewer :3

They'd probably assume they have an ovipositor but no egg duct, and sex 'em up anyway. Maybe part of the ritual is that a mate who is supposed to release the eggs but doesn't have any is a subpar mate and therefore free meal? Or maybe they'd be disappointed that the "ovipositor" is less than a foot long and not prehensile, so they'd try using the whole body instead, but get carried away and shove him all the way in?
Or I guess there's the boring answer where they'd say they're physically incompatible with the greeting ritual, have a nice chat, and move on with their lives. But where's the fun in that?

In fact,earlyer in the comic,she/it(Idk)said that they measure their ovopositors and the bigger one fucks the smaller one,soooo,he will whenever take it the back door,or he will be like "Fuck this shit,I'm out"(sorry for bad grammar)

Absolutely fantastic comic! It was great when it wss still in black and white but it's even better now! I absolutely love the transparency effect and the dialogue is great, as always.

In your mind, how consensual is what happened actually? Like, is she overcome by aphrodisiac and so acting completely irrationally, or is that just a neat bonus and she's mostly just going with this the way people do in your other work?
Also curious how long, in your mind, she was alive in there for. The minutes it takes to pass out from oxygen deprivation, or way longer?

People have actually gotten mad at me for answering these kinds of questions before, because the answers weren't what they wanted to hear. If you have an answer you'd prefer, then that's what the answer is. Don't let artist intent sabotage your enjoyment.

Aside from personal curiosity (which is fairly significant) it also helps me gauge what to expect from you in the future, and since your work is kind of my favorite, that is of some relevance to my interests. Also I admire the work a fair bit and I feel like understanding your thinking it might help me understand the work and inform my own work. So, I was hopeful. But c'est la vie.

Wow that is semi creepy but utterly amazing detail of the prey girl bulging inside her whole body clear as day as the predatory mermaid casually swims around~ That cute first belly hold is just so perfect. This whole comic was so well drawn and written I must admit.

I've read this comic more times than I am willing to admit. It's probably my favorite comic you've made so far. As unlikely as it might be, I honestly hope we get to see Susan again in the future. She's just a fun character.

This is still one of my favorite vore stories, probably my favorite vore comic at all.
Yesterday I was inspired by the well known fairy tale to start writing some similar story about mermaids, and I remembered some important properties of this one, which I decided to copy:
- no close social bindings
- futa
- no strong feelings about life and death
I don't think, the story will be vore, it was meant to be more like "What if the little mermaid didn't lose her voice, but still had no legs?", and instead of a prince, it's just a random girl.
So it basically starts like this story, that a mermaid and a human girl meet and just talk while the cultural differences are explored.
