Um... Excuse me. These goods are past their expiration date, you can't sell these.

with live product the expiration date is sort of adjustable as you clearly see they are alived and have not expired yet.
But you see, they need to be marked with proper blah blah blah *goes into full judicial mode* But... I could just forget about this whole thing for a say... Discount.

(Technically there are no laws about expiration dates at least in the US, they're a scheme by businesses to get you to throw out perfectly good food and buy new)
