Just a reference sketch for my new latios oc! I haven't figured out a name yet, but I'm working on it!
I was not really 'into' Pokemon when I was younger. I wasn't a fan of the show (until later) and didn't have any of the games. Then three things happened in quick succession! And that was:
P:MD Red Rescue Team
Pokemon Saphire
And the movie,
Pokemon: Heroes
That was my favorite movie for a lot of years, and made latios/as some of my favorite pokemon! I figured it was about time to make own character!

It's pretty accurate~ Scarves are a way to make the design more recognizable without an overly complicated design~
