I was momentarily confused as to why Ivy's skull was laying there along with her suit. I'm going to guess he spat it out along with her suit. Can't imagine digesting latex would be a smart move even if the scarab possessed the ability to allow him to do as such. Less spitting out the skull was an unintentional thing and the suit was already laying there if he stripped her down first prior to eating her. Can't imagine latex would be something that tastes good O-o
