A determined look came over April's face. "We won't let anyone hurt those babies. Never ever." She flapped her wings and they buzzed angrily like a bee. April had been listening in on this whole thing. "So uh... I guess we can figure out the cost of the house we want, and split that in to number of babies?" She scratched her head. "Maybe sixty thousand for each kid? And maybe you should try not to make all the babies so powerful as Marie and Magda's. We don't want to cause weird imbalances of power."

She took the offered hands and got up. "When we've got everything handled with the tentacle monster then I'll give you this little one." Oh but how good it felt to rub bellies. She purred, waddling after Carol. Maybe later she would make a move. The stairs proved to be a challenge for both girls. Going up was hard even with their bodies designed for hefty pregnancies.

When noon came around an older woman showed up at the store. By then Marie and Magda had helped Carol and April figure out a good pricing system. The older woman was led to a lovely room that was off from the kitchen. Marie was going to watch the store while Magda watched the proceedings in case the girls needed help. Isolde was a woman in her sixties with bright red hair and orange eyes. She was a fire witch.

"Hello. I am Isolde. This here is my son Jacob, chief architect to the family company. You did ask me to bring one of my best." Jacob offered a hand as did Isolde. Isolde eyed April with interest. Once everyone was seated, Isolde was first to speak once again. "From what I was told on the phone, you will have a set price for each child and I would negotiate that into a house for you ladies."

April spoke up, suddenly serious and professional, "We agreed on a discounted price. Being that it is such a large order, we thought forty thousand for each pure element baby."

Isolde nodded, "That sounds right. I have seventeen names. All are women of my extensive family with interest in having children, and a few who would be more than happy to have twins. We were hoping for at least half to be of the element water. Unfortunately that element has faded out of the generations. Our magical houses are quite expensive. But feel free to make any requests. Whatever balance is left over on either side can be handled. I suspect you will have a booming business and will be more than capable of paying off any balance left over in no time. Jacob?"

Jacob pulled out a paper and set it on the center of the table. He had bright golden hair with eyes to match. He was an element witch of light which became evident as he bent the light to create an image of a house. "The first questions are, how many acres would you like and how many stories to your house?"

Magda brought in food for all of them while both girls were discussing with Jacob what they wanted. Soon a house was building itself visually on top of the paper with a nice large yard. April thought it was best to have only two stories since they would be pregnant often and stairs would be trouble.

***********************************************

Carol pulled Marie aside as April followed Magda into the kitchen to scrounge for some more snacks, quietly relaying what she had just discovered in their perusal of the book. Marie looked thoughtful, and said she’d take care of telling Magda, and she wasn’t going to let anything happen to either of her children.

Marie did mention that she thought a seer might be able to help decipher April’s complicated aura, as in addition to seeing glimpses of the future, their primary skill is seeing the unseen, which includes a knack for auras. She said she might know someone, and would get back to her.

Lady Isolde looked very stylish as she entered the store, a long subtle flame gradient skirt, topped with a white dress shirt and a black bolero jacket, which offset her flaming hair and fiery eyes to great effect. Her towering son held the door for her, clothed in an open collared shirt under a tan sport coat, stretched nicely across his wide shoulders, and loose around his narrow hips, his smile was even more dazzling than his golden mussed surfer hair.

Lady Isolde’s hand was warm to the touch, while Jacob’s dwarfed Carol’s in comparison.

Carol did some quick math in her head, forty thousand per baby times at least seventeen was ….. nearly seven hundred thousand dollars! More if a bunch of them actually wanted twins!

Carol explained that the water element wouldn’t be a problem and asked what other types they were looking for. She could just make them pureblood and let nature take it’s course in choosing their ability, or she could tailor it for them. Lady Isolde said she’d get a list of preferences from the mothers to be, now that the deal was all but in effect.

“It’s like a hologram!” Carol exclaimed, clapping in excitement as Jacob’s magic manifested the begins of their house.

“Exactly” Jacob grinned, flashing his gigawatt smile.

“Well, I think three acres sounds good. My grandparents have a place in the country on three acres, and they manage to fit a big house, a barn, a small orchard, a horse pen, two gardens, and a field of wildflowers on that, and still have so much yard” Carol suggested.

Carol munched on the peanut butter cookies Magda brought in. She swore, she was going to get fat the way Marie and Magda kept spoiling them. She liked a little jiggle, not an undulating wave. She’d have to make sure to take plenty of pregnant walks to keep in shape to carry babies. Carol refocused back on the house design, which was coming along nicely.

They decided on two master bedrooms, and a host of guest rooms or little ones rooms, thinking far far ahead, which could be easily modified to more master bedrooms in the planning stage if they decided they wanted to move their families there, though Carol wasn’t sure if she wanted to do that, despite how close she was to her family. The master bedrooms had a large joined balcony.

The bedrooms were all on the second floor, essentially the only thing on the second floor except for the massive pool in the center. There’d be a large room in the middle of the house on the second floor, enclosed, with a massive heated pool, more than large enough to accommodate both of them even with enormous bellies. Each master bedroom also had it’s own in-suite bathroom, and then two shared for the multitude of guest rooms.

“The kitchen has to be big” Carol laid out. “Not only do I like to cook and bake, but I don’t want to be smacking my belly every time I turn around. So, absolutely no galley style kitchen. I was actually thinking of a large island, and then a large counter at one end, sectioning off the kitchen from the large breakfast nook. The other side has the stove set into the wall, and then a wide doorway out into the dining room for more formal or guest occasions.”

They decided the basement would be their office space, slash birthing space, as that definitely looked like it was going to happen a fair bit. They could put a door down their and get it linked to the underground, whether that was still Marie and Magda’s shop or not.

“Oh, you know Goku’s nimbus from Dragonball?” Carol asked Jacob excitedly. She continued as he nodded, though he appeared puzzled. “Can we get one of those to pop out of the wall at the top or bottom of the stairs to get us up or down the stairs when we are particularly large? It doesn’t need to go anywhere else, just that specific path …”

Jacob grinned, obviously pleased at Carol’s out of the box thinking. “I think we can make that happen” he laughed, adding a little cloud to the inside of the house at the top and bottom of the stairs.

“Oh, and I want a massive walk in linen closet!” Carol erupted. “My mother is constantly complaining, because ours is always full, and that’s with a third of our stuff either in use or dirty.”

“Oh, and the kitchen cabinets need to be to the ceiling, I don’t care if April is the only one to use the top shelf, ours at home don’t go all the way up, and all they do is collect dust, my mother laments not shelling out the couple hundred extra bucks when they remodeled the house at least once a month, despite the fact she wouldn’t be able to reach that high anyways.”

They decided to have a big patio off the back of the house. And a library with shelves on all the walls. And then, just a few steps lower than the rest of the floor, which was fine since the basement was not as big as the floors above, would be a large play/entertainment/family room. A couple of large couches, the girls glancing at each other in unison as they mentioned the incredibly comfy couch they’d just sat on down in Marie and Magda’s basement, in front of a large television, with a wood fireplace on one side, and a desk board running the length of the other wall. A small porch for sheltering the front door and leaving packages and waiting for the school bus, thinking ahead, always thinking ahead. A four car garage, just in case, they could always use it as storage.

Carol thought about trees and gardens and orchards, suggesting a smorgasbord orchard out back, with plums, pears, oranges, peaches, applies, and cherries forming a fruit cocktail of an orchard.

Carol suggested a simple pole barn, metal sheeting, near the side of property, for keeping tools, lawn mowers, etc. Maybe a kayak, Carol had always wanted to try that at some point.

Carol asked about brownie accommodations, since the book was sparse on that, and she was really wanted to make it a haven for them. He looked thoughtful and said he’d have to make some inquiries himself, but he figured whatever he found out, they could probably just use part of the barn, especially since they weren’t somewhere cold where winter was really an issue.

“Oh, can we have roofs covered in grass, with forcefields on the edge so no one falls off?”

“Probably, I’ll have to work through the specifics, never done something like that before, but it should be possible” Jacob mulled, rubbing his chin.

“Oh, and can the grass be made to work like solar panels via magic?”

“That’s … that’s …. that’s … brilliant!” Jacob exclaims, looking up from the hologram hovering in front of him. “I’ll have to consult with an earth witch, and an electrician, and ….” Jacob mumbled, drifting off, his imagination having been thoroughly captured by the notion.

Suggestions continue to made, by Carol, by April, one or two points of input from Magda, a few from Lady Isolde.

“Well, ladies, I think this is a fantastic start” Jacob says as the model slowly rotates in front of them at his gesture. It’s a sight to behold. “I’ll get my team started on actually drawing up the plans for this beauty and making sure everything fits and works the way it’s supposed to. Based on my initial estimates, I think, assuming the five who want twins maintain that stance, our deal will cover the house. The barn, brownie lodging, and landscaping is going to be extra though. You ladies were a delight to work with” he grins, before helping his mother out of her chair, which she swats him for, mumbling about not being an old lady yet.

“Well then ladies, do we have a deal?” Lady Isolde asks.

Carol looks at April, before opening the book to the contract page and requesting a contract. It poofs into existence, terms already filled out, parties identified, only awaiting signatures. Twenty two babies, in return for a magical house as already preliminarily designed by both parties, with any additions, landscaping, etc to be handled separately at a later date.

Lady Isolde’s hand glows like fire as a stylus forms in her hand, and she signs the contract with impeccable penmanship, leaving a signature glowing with her magic. While cool, Carol stands there flabbergasted, as she has no idea how to do what Lady Isolde just did. Noticing this, Lady Isolde clucks her tongue.

“You two are new to this, aren’t you? Alright, it’s really simple, just focus on gathering your magic to your hand, and then imagine your gripping a pen, and that should do it” she grins as said implements appear in the hands of the fertility witches, a vibrant pink.

Carol grins, then signs the contract, followed by April, their signatures glowing just as brightly as Lady Isolde’s, albeit a different color. That having been done, the contract spontaneously duplicates itself, a copy for each party.

“Pleasure doing business with you both” Lady Isolde says warmly, rolling up her copy of the contract. “I’ll check with my family about their leanings and get back to Magda with a list. How does two babies a day sound, starting Monday? I don’t want you to get tired by throwing them all at you at once.”

“That sounds good” Carol replied.

“Tata then” Lady Isolde called as she walked out, followed by her son.

“Whew” Carol sighed, sinking into a chair. “What a day. You know April, I really think I could go for a massage right about now. How about we grab those notes Magda helped us with for negotiating our pay for the massage parlor, go over and get that sorted out, get a massage, then you put that baby in me, and then you get knocked up by a tentacle monster. Sound like a plan?”

**********************************

April was so dazed that she barely noticed the conversation. Jacob was a gorgeous hunk of enormous that she just wanted to wrap around her finger. She started glowing a little brighter, hair turning thicker and deeper. Magda moved over and set down cookies in front of the fairy, using this chance to tug her ear.

April came out of her daze and looked up at Magda with slight confusion. But Magda was just trying to prevent a disaster. Jacob was young and probably would fall easily under a succubus power. But lady Isolde would not look on that kindly during negotiations. April nibbled on a cookie and let Carol handle almost everything. But she did interject here and there. "I'd love the walls to be red brick. And to plant some vines to climb up it over time? It would be awesome." When Carol brought up an orchard she also interjected with, "Since the state is in a drought right now, might as well put in a good drip system."

But April kept staring dreamily at Jacob. Her thoughts were far from innocent but he managed to break her daze. "I was thinking of a fairy bungalow as well."

April blinked, "a what?"

"A fairy bungalow. It is an outside fairy house with slides, swings, and can be furnished for reading. It is made for a fairy to shrink down and fly in to relax. We also add a layer of magic to keep bugs and debris from getting in. A large sized spider can be a nuisance for a fairy."

"I love that idea! You're so smart Jacob." She twisted her fingers around her hair, not realizing just how ditzy she sounded. Jacob didn't even bat an eye. He was a man used to women acting like fools around him.

She just couldn't help it with that jawline and the smile. Ugh! Her whole body ached for him in a way she was unfamiliar with. It had to be the succubus power, right? "I'd love to have a room here that is specifically just the video game and movie room. With all the walls being very subtle drawers and shelves to carry the games and movies. I've got quite the collection." She looked at the hologram of their beautiful house. "I'd like a few secret passages. Those are always cool. And maybe a secret room? Oh! And make the patio wrap around the outside of the house! And... and..." April thought about what could possibly be missing. But Carol had covered so much already. "I think you got it Carol."

When the whole thing was said and done, April signed on the dotted line and the whole thing was done. Magda would help them in a few days to arrange to win the lottery. That way they could explain where all their money came from. April knew she wanted to do some shopping for Carol's eighteenth birthday. But a spa day sounded absolutely fabulous.

April suddenly realized something. She looked to Magda, "Will they give us both the full experience? Or do we have to be like... twenty-one or something?"

Magda waved her hand dismissively, "Age of consent as far as magic is concerned has always been seventeen. Go have fun. But since this is your first visit, be sure to mention that. They will give you the light treatments so you don't run away screaming. There are some rather um... intense treatments."

April shivered. She turned to her best friend, "Well then, I think we deserve a spa day." She reached out and rubbed Carol's belly, loving how big and round she was. A moment later it was swelling large as April passed her baby off. April went in to the basement to grab the book. She came back up, "We should be careful to put this back. Not a good idea to leave it laying around." She hugged it close before heading through a back door in to Carol's bedroom. A two baby crib was parked in the room at the moment.

April flipped open a page real quick. She had intended to reread the thing about the tentacle monsters. But she came across something she liked even better...

‘Want to see how big you can possibly get? Simply reading this page will allow you to grow as large with any batch as you desire. It will also increase your elasticity as well as muscle strength. Please impregnate responsibly.’

She drew out a single contract before stuffing the book away. She rushed back through the door to her best friend with a contract in hand. "Ready to go see a tentacle monster?" She was excited to go.

"You should drop off the babies first," Magda pointed out.

April looked to the round belly, "You want Carol to get rid of her gorgeous belly?"

Magda smirked, "Unless you want to skip out on a few of the back massages. Which I wouldn't recommend. They are out of this world. You can check the front of the store for candidates. There might be someone there."

**********************************************

“What we can do is put the family room tv and the media room on opposite sides of a wall, and then put a magic media reader in the wall connected to both” Jacob explained.

“The patio might be hard to extend, if we go farther the other way we’re going to run into issues with the breakfast nook and balcony, if we turn the corner the other way, it’ll be right next to the windows for the family room, but I’ll draw up some models and we’ll see what fits the best” Jacob mulled at April’s suggestion.

“I think I know just where to make a secret room” Jacob mulled as he examined the hologram.

“Secret passages - oh, we can make a few going from the basement to the barn, the back of the property, we’ll see what we can do we put it together, where we have some extra space for passages” Jacob contemplated, looking at the design with a critical eye.

At least April wasn’t practically drooling anymore now that Jacob was gone, Carol thought to herself. Maybe they’d better get those succubus 101 lessons sooner rather than later.

Carol held April’s hand against her belly as it swelled outward as April shifted her little one into Carol’s already full womb. April’s hands felt delightful on the taut firm expanse of her drum tight belly. Carol had to bite her lip to keep from letting out a moan of pleasure as her womb expanded with its new occupant. When April took her hand away to retrieve the book, Carol nearly reached out to drag her back, already aching for that delightful touch on her belly once again. But, there were things to do, and she reigned it in, doing her best to caress her own belly while April dropped the grimoire back in Carol’s room.

“We can always go back later for full belly massages” Carol reasoned as she waddled over to the front of the store, stepping out into the Illinois afternoon sunshine. It looked so different from their home in California, the colors were just different. It looked more like the pacific northwest than California, but even that wasn’t quite the same. Certainly nothing like the American Southwest she had visited on a few trips with her family.

Carol saw what Magda had been smirking about, as there was a fertility clinic just up the street, and a maternity shop just a few doors down the other way. Just stepping outside, she saw at least three women whose bellies glowed with the desire for children. Wasting no time, eager to get the spa despite how wonderful it felt to be full of life, Carol quickly waddled toward the nearest glowing lady, giving her a tap on the shoulder, inquiring shyly just how far along she was, as Carol poofed the twins in her belly into the new mother’s, watching with delight as the sundress tented wonderfully over the fast expanding dome of maternity. With a few murmured words of appreciation at her size and situation, Carol sent the lady on her way, running back to the shop, nearly crashing into April who was waiting for her.

“Alright, baby free and ready to be pampered, let’s go!” Carol cried enthusiastically, slinging her arm through April’s and propelling them across the shop and through the Underground entrance, once again being assaulted with the visual chaos of so many supernaturals, flinging a cheery goodbye and be back later to Marie and Magda as they flew through.

Carol led the way as they walked back along the underground, till they came to the entrance, nothing but a sign, a door, and a host of advertising fliers.

“You ready for this?” Carol queried her best friend, arm in arm.

“Well, ready or not, here we go!” Carol stated mostly confidently, pushing the door open and stepping into the dim interior to the jingle of a bell that brought forth both pleasant summer memories of wind chimes and the sense that one just finished reading an H.P. Lovecraft novel but with a decided erotic twist written in. And that was all just from the door chime.
