The final project I was working on for the Shantae game! It really is a shame I won't be able to finish this, I found it the most fun out of all the ones I've done for it!
The idea was to have a level with watery blobs bouncing around which you had to dodge, otherwise this would happen!
Originally, I would've made 4 slightly different going-in animations depending on the direction the blob came from.
The final few frames of this have the post-digestion aquawoman fall to the ground. In the finished version, she would have reformed in a watery shape of Shantae for the game over animation.

No, it's unfinished content that I sadly won't likely finish. But I did like what I had so far, so I put it out here :)

Ah, I was waiting for this one ever since I saw the commissioned GO pic for this enemy, and it's just as good as I was hoping it would be. A shame we won't see the full version of this, but at least we have this nice animation. I say that a WIP is better than a NOP(e).
