Before anyone gets any clever ideas, what Lorre did is extremely dangerous. A backfired spell will cause 50-120 damage back to the caster, meaning that it can potentially be lethal, and almost always causes the caster to get knocked out. It's usually a last resort sort of thing, though Lorre was a bit hasty in using it this time. :V

You guys going to feel bad if/when Telri accidentally juices Lorre? Cause that'll definitely happen if she unbirths her. There will be plenty of time for kinks later, lets not kill the one of the 2 only cool elves in this series.

incapacitate the snek, and then wait for the guards. Since they saw the explosion they're likely bringing medics with them, and it's easier to explain ones story if you're there rather then have the guards show up to a savagely beaten snake with two pairs of footprints running away from him.

Knock the snek out and bind him with rope or something then tend to Lorre, I'm sure we have some potions that'll get her back on her feet.
Also, Lorre nearly killed herself to protect Telri... me thinks Lorre might like Telri. I'm not sure on Telris sexual preference but she might should give Lorre a smooch and ask her on a date when she wakes up.

Does the Resistance stat reduce the damage taken from a backfired spell?
In any case, finish off the lamia. Preferably by blade to the throat rather than noms, since that's more reliable.

I don't know if we're capable of eating him, but if we can, I say go for it: this snake-man has a vendetta against us, and its unlikely he'll ever stop pursuing it.
If not, finish him off here and now, so he won't be a threat to anyone ever again.
...Also, since Telri totally knows how to unbirth people safely, she should unbirth Lorre to keep her safe and heal her. :D

i strongly against the flee OR KILL atm on the grounds that the guards are coming.
if we flee then we appear guilty, and if we kill (at least in the vorish format) we know from the past story its not something the guards look nicely on, and by blade is a bit of risk, or hard to explain with how damaged the lamia is, it will get us in trouble.
so my weight is on restrain, preferrably with letal force chance as its more liable as alibi.
one thing stands out, he got angry, VERY angry at us saying he has no reason to fight us, doing 1 + 1 on belya's desperation....what kind of dirt or hostage they have on him, and how many more will come if that's their MO, leaving their liason such shitty options to pick from, his odds where not in his favor to begin with, near town too.
he wont yeild easily or at all, but it might shaken his resolve knowing we care about having peace and asking if he really want them to have their extortion methods done to others, or if they will really let him go, as they clearly did belya.

I like the idea of learning his reasons for attacking but maybe we should knock him out and restrain him first. We could always chat him up when he's sitting(curled up, cause lamia) behind bars.

It's not like they're going to throw him in a prison at the bottom of the ocean, he'll probably have visiting rites. Or are you saying the guards aren't trust worthy? Cause I thought they were just lazy or inefficient, you think they're corrupt or something?

more like along the lines of lazy fucks who rather keep prisoner away from people, espeically ones that have a reason to hurt them "while they do their thing"
it was quite clear that the guild have little faith in how they handle things, or at least, in how we prefer to handle things to their limited resources way.
and if no guard shows up, well lorre might recover, or we get info, or chow(or both,depends on everyone and ryan)

If the guard just doesn't show up we tie him to a tree, question him then execute him.
Also, Telri only ate Beliya because what she did to Melra, I doubt she'd eat the snek. She probably knows she'd gain like 40+ pounds and that isn't super beneficial to her job as chief of security. And despite this being a vore story, most people have realistic views on the subject.

Decapitate the snake and cut off his face. Then proceed to use his face as your new mask. Noone wil ever dare to mess with you anymore.

Definitely KO the lamia now as it hopefully should be much easier if Tel can successfully bash him hard enough, then either try to take care of Lorre/wake her up whilst looking around for your mask and any possible secondary combatants.. or risk Lorre getting sick or worse from the snow and search the lamia's body for anything of interest before anything like guards get to him.
If Tel can't find her mask before the guards come, she needs to cover her face with something.. I'm unsure about the rules with the deer's masks.. but.. if she has one on her as a keepsake, or if she has some cloth she could use to bandage up her face to hide it.. Tel should hastily do so.. as it's possible her mask was destroyed in Lorre's last effort.
As for the guards, if they arrive, it would probably be best that the Lamia is uneaten.. but maybe restrained to some extent just in case. The city guard may prefer talking to someone who hasn't just consumed a faceless someone after a flare and an explosion has taken place and signs of damage is everywhere, but it might be a good idea to explain what happened and then ask if you can resolve this in your own means instead of having the authorities handle it.. so that way Tel isn't potentially punished for doing anything bad to that dumbass. If no, and Lorre is still unconscious.. opt to carry her back and walk with the city guard so nothing stupid happens like say.. They all get eaten and another baddie PLUS the lamia come after you AGAIN.

Let's incapacitate him! Then, we tie his tail around itself to immobilize him.
Lastly, we check Lorre's state, find Telri's mask and we sit on top of the Lamia until the guards come.

I'll say tie him up / incapacitate the snake. He's only stunned, who knows how many rounds that will last. I don't want to kill him because we still need to get information about who keeps trying to kill us first.
So, incapacitate the snake, patch up our mage, then start looking for the mask while keeping an eye out for the guards. keeping the party safe is more important than deer pride.
