Q1: Yes! Folk have litters.
Q2: Varies, some are into it, others not. Kras is picky.
Q3: Varies per city, as does use of things like reformers. Her city's super casual about it, and reformers tend to only be in clinics in the shit parts of town, with half of them being scams more-or-less~
