in persona 5 morgana the cat has the ability to transform into a bus while in the metaverse(basically a magical world based on the collective unconsious)

So their escape went awry, and he accidentally changed back with no way to let them out?
He didnt think to have them leave before exiting the metaverse and he can only transform while in that alternate world
