Finding a nice spot, out of sight and out of earshot of the puzzled residents of Ponyville, Rarity settles down with her belly, now feeling just as full and lively as before. The reforming shape of Pinkie Pie – hopefully with a few choice improvements – squirmed around in the fashionista’s vaguely-defined innards, slowly coming to realize what had happened to her.
Rarity smirked at the sight, just before the pony-shaped bulged managed to flip itself upside-down as Pinkie struggled against her liquid restraints. Rarity winced, her semi-solid form stretching harshly at the motion. "Agh! There will be plenty of time for that once you’re done, Pinkie! You are my guest, so behave yourself!"

Funny how she expects Pinkie to be a good guest when she's been a particularly bad host. Y'know, the sexual assault and terrorizing before completely consuming her and all.

Nah, I'm sure Pinkie will find some way of paying Rarity back for the free sex + warm bed she gave her. Making Rarity part of her next pie recipe sounds about right.
