Link goes on a quest to complete the remaining shrines. Along the way, he encounters some servants of Vorensu. He also discovers the true power of Mipha's Grace and the terrible power of hatred.
-------------------------------------------
Thanks to everyone who voted last time! This stories a bit shorter, but its got more vore in it, so a good trade off right? We are closing in on the end of Hero's Journey 1. With the shrines done, only two Divine Beasts and the Champion's Ballad remain before the final confrontation with Calamity Ganon.

As much as I’d like to leave that Prick Revali for last, his spell is actually useful, so I say 2. Shame Paya didn’t get her chance here, but maybe we’ll see that in the second run?

Perhaps, we might even unlock the secret fourth ending if we do it right.

Finally! Something digested Link!
...That uh... That probably wouldn't look good without context...
Also, I say 2. Link's had a bit of a long day, he should take it easy and take out the easiest divine beast.
Also, are there really no such thing as Silver Hinoxes?

I've never seen one, unless they're hidden somewhere I don't think they exist.

Early on I tried to get people to vote for paths that would lead to Link being eaten, but you guys were too smart and saw right through me! I abandoned those Game Over paths for something more productive, but then I realized Link would never experience real peril until I took things into my one hands. Good thing you guys wanted to get Mipha's Grace!

I assume the Game Over paths were ones like "Go for the sword" too early or "Join Vorensu" or "Join Ganon"?
Posted by ZeldaNoVorsu 6 years ago Report
Joining Ganon or Vorensu is not a game over, but each their own paths entirely with their own stories attached. Originally, neither was going for the sword too early, but it will be next time around. They more like wrong choices to certain situations like way back in chapter 2 with the Gerudo who wanted to help Link get to the City of Vorensu or the much obvious game over from choice three in chapter 1.

Huh, yeah those are pretty obvious.
Also, "Next time around"? What does that mean?
Finally, I looked into the silver hinox. They don't exist, although it's possible they might have been planned to be at some point in development.

Why Hero's Journeys 2 & 3 of course! We still got to go down Ganon and Vorensu's paths and see what happens when helping them specifically. They won't be right away because after we finish this run I'll need a break, but we still got more story to explore from different points of view.
Nintendo probably decided that a silver Hinox was too mean, not like a silver or gold Lynel though.

Ah, I see. And, those were my thoughts exactly.

2.

Well seeing as the overwhelming amount of 2 votes outnumber my vote of 1, i would just like to point out that Revali's gale isn't going to be that helpful.
Posted by ZeldaNoVorsu 6 years ago Report
It is rather late in the story, isn't it? We've got two Divine Beasts, the Master Sword, and all 120 Shrines. We still have three chapters after Revali though, so his power might get its chance to prove its worth.

We can go korok seed hunting and expand the story by about a hundred more chapters! LOL

Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope! I'm all for padding when need be, but that is going to far! Lol
