Link heads to Hyrule Castle to at last confront Calamity Ganon. Before he can do so, Zelda sends him and Ganon to face Vorensu. With the Vore Sorcerer sealed, Link and Calamity Ganon engage in a final duel for the fate of Hyrule itself...
-------------------------------------------
Author's notes: For the true final battle, I obviously changed some things. I changed Zelda's dialogue about why Ganon changed into the form he did for the final battle. The change makes the dialogue more like that of what's in the Japanese version of the game as 1. that's where the most correct dialogue would be found as the game is from Japan 2. it fits better with why Ganon usually changes into a bestial form. I also changed some of Zelda's dialogue after, to make it actually match what she knows about Link. I also used the Japanese name for Ganon's final form as to distinguish it from the Dark Beast Ganon forms that appear in Twilight Princess and Hyrule Warriors. Finally, I added more to the ending to make it more of a story ending.
-------------------------------------------

I choose 3.
Joke aside, I really love this interactive community story and how it turn out in the end, good story as always(but definitely my favorite canon story), the only small criticisism that I would make would be with the sorcerer Vorensu as while I loved the fact that Ganon and Link teamed up against him, as the main vore antagonist I think it could have been a good idea to let him used more ability that goes with vore like for exemple, trying to eat link, summon predators or just something that would represent Vorensu more, also I think that in the Vorensu path, it could be a good idea to flesh more his character(no need for something complex, just enought so that you could either be truly afraid of how chaotic he is or understand his reason.) I hope my commentary could help you improve.

This my favorite series as well (partly because its also my favorite game in the series). I get were you're going with Vorensu, but for him to summon monsters to attack Link requires a lot of concentration, which wasn't readily available when being attacked by three different powerful entities at once. Although he created the Power of Vore, he can't actually use it himself, although that kind of attack would take too long anyways with the other two around. As for fleshing him out more, that is the plan with the Vorensu path. He won't be a boss because Link is working with him, but Link will see him much more and learn more about him. I've written two other stories that delve somewhat in Vorensu's origin, but he was kept vague in this story because Link didn't really care about his story or his power.

excellent. I particularly enjoyed the defeat and sealing of vorensu. That was very well done.

Sorry about spoiling DLC 2! I'm glad you loved these stories as much as I did! Just out of curiosity, what was your old favorite series of mine?
Posted by Thefiredemongotlost 3 months ago
no its ok i actually didn't read the part near the end of the rudania one so it wouldn't be spoiled and one of my favorites from you were the wind waker or ocarina of time

Oh, my favorite memory, I appreciate someone who wants to avoid spoilers like I do. The other two long running series. I don't know if I could pick between them either, just like the games.
Posted by Thefiredemongotlost 3 months ago
yeah i also dont like spoiing it for others and watching there reactions too, and i agree i cant just choose between them oh so many great zelda games

This chapter in particular, or the story as a whole?
Posted by Thefiredemongotlost 3 months ago
the whole story i was thinking it would last longer
Posted by ZeldaNoVorsu 3 months ago
Well, it's still my longest story at 15 chapters, but as it is Breath of the Wild, I can see where you are coming from. We didn't touch any side quests and shrines were done in one story. I could have panned it out much longer, but I think people would have grown bored of the run and I would have started to take breaks between chapters because there's so much to write, however, we will start back towards the beginning again with Hero's Journey 2, which will follow a different path, so there's more Breath of the Wild on the way eventually.

i see what you mean there as people would get bored and also the way you used mipha grace everytime he was digested by the hinox women
Posted by ZeldaNoVorsu 3 months ago
Yeah, you guys that I thanked in the description were the ones that stuck with the story and got us to this point. Everyone else dropped out once we got away from there being a chance at the Vore Path.
Posted by Thefiredemongotlost 3 months ago
well there might be this next time and i didnt care about the vore path i just cared more about the awesome fights and the amazing adventure
Posted by ZeldaNoVorsu 3 months ago
I appreciate it that. I didn't think we'd get the Light Side Ending first, I was resigned for the other one, but then you guys came along and pushed the Light Side Ending, which I knew would be my favorite. I hope the boss fights gave you the battles you were looking for.

i actually didnt think theyre would be more endings i thought it would have ended normally, and yes i did get the enjoyment with the battles absolutly amazing

When I set out to do this story and decided it would be a pick-your-path audience directed story, I knew I should have multiple endings. They are all based around the original in-game ending, but they are adjusted based on whose side you were on. I think this series probably had some of the most in-depth boss battles that I've written.

oh ok i see now thats pretty smart

Wow that amazing and very well done. I never been given a special thanks before, but thank you very much. Also that was a very beautiful and tearful ending, I really love this story.

Thank you! This story is my favorite one that I've ever written. As for the special thanks, I would say you're welcome, but all I did was write that in the description, you were the one that took the time to read and comment on every story. So, double thank you!

What can I say except You're welcome! In all seriousness, great ending to a great story. Can't wait to see what you do with the alternate options!
