He hasn't decided. When Daisy does reconstitute him, he'll inherit her 6.0 genetic design, and thus will be able to become whatever he wants.
Daisy's delaying that (with Rob's understanding) because she understands that a pregnancy right now would make her too heavy to fly. Her plans are to tour the world with Rob inside her, spread the 6.0 design as she goes, and help Rob decide just who, of infinite possibilities, he wants to become.
