This can also serve as a re-upped advertisement, but I finished coloring this sucker, so now you have an example of what a completed current-gen Humbug animation looks like!

Details:

1) Base price is $50 a second, and there must be a minimum of one second of animation. This base price includes two characters because I do vore stuff and two characters are almost always required for such scenarios.
2) Prices vary! If you want me to animate something I want to animate, I will knock of a percentage of the final tally. If there is something I'm not so keen on animating, I will increase the price (or may not take it at all). More details on what those things are and how they affect prices below.
......2a) Complex animations will also bump up the price. It will, however, double in price because of color. However, if you want me to do something like THIS: http://d.facdn.net/art/samanthaweltzin/1517539259/1517539259.samanthaweltzin_toriah-samantha_animation.gif it's going to cost more because I will have to redraw entire frames over time. I will discuss with you if a price increase needs to happen based on what you describe.
......2b) That Gertrude animation, by the way, would be about $75 with discounts included, or half that just for lines. The Toriah animation would be around $700 all-told because it's so ridiculously huge and complicated (290 frames or so, lasting nearly half a minute).
3) I am willing to do this stuff in installments. I know the prices are more than you're probably used to paying for my work, so I'm willing to work out piece-by-piece animation commissions. A second here, two seconds there. You get the idea.
4) I might go over what we agreed upon to make an animation look good. If I do, there is no extra charge.

THINGS THAT WILL PROBABLY NET YOU A DISCOUNT:
• Attractive female prey. (Attractiveness up to my discretion). (Small to medium discount)
• Macro/micro mouthplay. (Waived fee for complication if I like the prey)
• Involving my characters in a way I enjoy. (Decent discount)
• Any other characters I like (Lola Bunny, Rarity, Katt, Minerva Mink, etc.). (Decent discount)
• My dragon Sally as a predator. (Large discount)
• My cat Samantha as prey. (Very large discount)
• Subject matter not mentioned here, to my discretion: Variable.

THINGS THAT WILL EITHER CAUSE A PRICE HIKE OR BE REJECTED OUTRIGHT:
• My dragon character Sally as prey (Almost guaranteed price hike; not likely to be rejected).
• Human/humanoid male prey (Guaranteed price hike; likely to be rejected if idea is too big).
• Scat (Large price hike; extremely likely to be rejected).
• Willing and/or non-fatal vore and/or implied or explicit reformation (Enormous price hike; extremely likely to be rejected).
• Subject matter not mentioned here, to my discretion: Variable.

THINGS GUARANTEED TO BE REJECTED:
• Genitals and/or anuses.
• Anything without the direct written permission of an FA or Eka's user whose character is involved. Obviously the commissioner's permission is assumed. Exceptions may be made for surprise gifts, but I require proof that the commission is actually a gift and not something to cause distress.

Process and reserved rights:/

• Note/PM me with the details. If you're interested, you can either say so here and reserve a slot or note me.
• I require either a drawn representation of any characters being used (quality unimportant) or a detailed, to-the-point description. In both cases, if color is involved, I will need to know every color and where colors are placed.
• Payment is up-front once your idea has been accepted. All payments are made through PayPal.
• In your references, please refrain from sending anything with prominent genitals. I'm not going to cancel a deal based on this, but...come on. I put that stuff on the "will not do" list because I don't like them. I don't want a giant throbbing dick in my face while I draw your commission.
• I have the right, and will exercise that right, to refuse any idea. Because I'm just starting out with animation commissions, if something is going to make me miserable to draw, I will refuse to do it because I can't guarantee I'll ever be able to finish it. Neither of us wants that. That said, shorter animations are more likely to be accepted, as pushing me out of my comfort zone for short periods of time is perfectly fine. But longer things I'm not into drawing are more likely to be outright rejected.
• I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time (with a refund for any remaining work to be completed of course).
• It's possible that my system can be gamed. If you do this, I will either refuse your commission (if I catch it right away) or finish it and refuse your business in the future (if I realize I've been gamed in the process of working on it). Just...don't be a dick. I know you want to maximize what you get for the least amount of money, but come on. There's a person on the other end of the transaction.
• If I make a mistake, feel free to tell me. I'll fix it. However, don't change your mind on details after I've started work. What you put in your description is what I'll draw. If you have a specific vision, be specific in your description. Otherwise, I can't see what's in your head, nor should I be expected to.
• I may stream your commission. If you would prefer I not do this publicly, say so in your note.
• I retain the rights to any work I do on commission. Commissioners can do whatever they want with it, but so can I.
