In this I'm testing what I called the SFX Box, basically it's got 20 separate stomach grumbles supplied by magic squirrel  Jeschke and the box's timeline has a randomizer on it so it plays them in a random order so you don't hear the same pattern constantly (and there's another different one running at the same with shifting noises) hopefully it works well /-u-\
