Alright, I'll take a second at your stuff and critique it. Guess I can start with this.
Well, looking at Slender Man here, he's wearing a suit. Certain details of the suit are missing. I get the idea its a suit but it doesn't look like a suit.
And I get that he's wearing pants, but where's his groin or the part of the pants that has the zipper?
Oh, and where's Slender Man's neck?
Also, even with all the shading you put in there, the image is still flat, there's no volume or depth to it. The arms are a bit off too, they seem uneven at the elbow, making it look like they aren't connected.
The different shapes and sizes for Slender Man are all over the place, it doesn't seem consistent. You don't have to draw him anatomically correct but make sure not to just use random shapes and sizes.
Lastly, the tentacles. Their cut off in the image which I'm guessing you didn't have space left to have them all the way in the frame. I don't have much to say about it, just be aware of how much space you're using in the image.
Overall, I think its fine and I can kinda tell you tried. The color in this is good, shading needs some work but its okay. Like I said before about the Sharingan, the red eyes give a creepy factor.
The skulls was an odd choice to me since well, I thought it was just "Slender Man with the Sharingan", not "Slender man with the Sharingan in Undertale". I thought it was funny though. ^^

I'll admit, the red eyes do have a creepy factor to it. I think its cool.
Also, "seringan" is suppose to be spelled "Sharingan".
