...This would have made for a better introduction / teaser for this guy than the last thing, but oh well.
Given he's based on three similar water wights, I figured I'd sooner or later have to do a reference to a certain drawing of one of said water wights.
It's fine to enter the water, by the way.

No, it’s meant to be wight, which is apparantely the translation for the word ‘vette’, according to wikipedia.
A vette is a paranormal creature in scandinavian / germanic folklore, and they’re divided in by where they live. Son in English that’d be land wight, sea wight, water wight, forest wight and so on
