May got talked into helping Brock win the cooking competition after numerous competitors got their hands on (much inferior) meat girls. Had intended this to be maybe along the lines of the garchomp where i just did a story board, but couldn't think of appropriate poses and I got a new idea involving a possible oc and a cow costume...
This idea basically came from looking at some of the full body panels of the garchomp one and picturing may reacting to brock with a comment back with "what you mean is you need a fat breasted snuff slut..."

New Theory: Ash is God and he is making this because he is bored, and all the other Legendary Pokemon including Archeus is his creations.
