I feel it may be rather quick and a bit jumpy/ jittery near the end. But I like what you've done and I hope you continue to improve. ^^

The issue you are noticing is that in one of the frames towards the end, I forgot to make any changes at the part where the head is getting enveloped, so that part stays still for a second before resuming the movement.

Because of that, it feels as if the animation lagged a little towards the end.

So that was what I was seeing. Still other than that it looks like a good animation. :)
