More like home delivery, lol.
Well she probably wasn't expecting a dragon when she arrived on that mountain, kindof like meeting Paarthurnax for the first time in Skyrim. The difference is this dragon was hungry.

Most likely she just stumbled upon him, but she may have heard rumours and thought he could be a decent fight...she's never fought a dragon before.
