The stoneslime is pretty sure it’s being deceived somehow … but unlike the Jellmocks it has no interest in putting its life on the line for a meal. It doesn’t understand how the ferrocerium works (nor, in fact, any form of non-magical fire starting), and is willing to assume Juniper might have been telling it the truth!
