The votes to grow the seed and keep Anit on were unanimous! Let's see how that changes things moving forward, shall we?
This chapter introduces the rules for taming new creatures! I've been theory crafting them a while in my head, which is partially why this chapter took so damn long. Hopefully it was worth the wait!

I'll admit I was kinda let down that my joke name for Apocalypse won and none of the good ones I suggested did... but now that I've had some time to actually THINK about it.... it could be super f*cking funny in the end. Just think about all the shitty one liners Kislo could deliver should, I don't know, bandits attack? "With but a single word I could bring the very 'Apocalypse' down upon you!" I no longer have any reservations about my stupid joke. :D
Q1: Taming, caring for Elz and gathering. We have our super money maker but we could have MORE money makers. Have Barry check on the tender grasp vine when he hunts. Find an collect honey for experimenting.
Q2: Tinker: Hinges & Levers: Part time
Q3: We found wild Tender Grasp vine, received a seed from aforementioned vine and started preparing it for growing (give a Jilunis aided approximation on time frame for it to be harvested) Hired retired(??) adventurer to scout/clear slime infested ruins. Started taming of Hellcat "Apocalypse".
Q4: Rules are pretty straightforward. The more "Happiness" your new slave/pet has the more activities you can do to increase it's happiness. Breaking slave seems kinda OP right now but I'm probably going to be happy that it is later. We'll see how that does after we get something mean enough to need breaking its will.
Q5: Ask her if she'd be up with playing but make it abundantly clear, we absolutely will stop if it starts looking like it's having permanent side effects on her health or mental state. I like Elz, I'd rather her not be a brain dead pussy-juice slurpee machine. :/
Q6: Happiness definitely, Kislo doesn't know it's going to be a MUCH harder process to tame Apocalypse rather than breaking him/her. Also he isn't jaded enough to consider it yet. :/ Plus I'm sort of on board with having a loving and loyal hellcat monster watching over our home.
Buy: Drowsy potion (use on Apocalypse, if successful then harvest quills)

I'm happy you find them straightforwards. I wanted them to be simple while still feeling like Kislo can have control or fuck up if he's careless. Breaking is certainly much easier and faster to complete, yes, but happiness provides better 'stats' in the end. For instance, creature's broken will produce less of their product than those that were tamed with happiness.

Few more things to add: Ask Jilunis how long it takes a wild Tender grasp vine to heal someone (and how to harvest the vines without harming the plant) and maybe consider bringing the slaves that donate blood to Nilpera every week for a pick me up. Anything less than a day shouldn't cut into their production any and could keep the vine alive for extra harvesting. Next time Maggie comes around ask her if she'd be interested in buying tender grasp vine and offer the first for free. Because Kislo is a good(naive) person.

1. I wanna go all in on the Kitty, give him a live bunny or something if possible to help tame it.
2.Crystal, Part time
3. Give an update on the situation in the ruins, we got a new guard and ask about how difficult the trips here are.
4. Can we apply Stockholm in the future? I wanna treat the kitty extra well, be nice and try to entertain it in varied ways. Let it out under supervision when we're sure it won't run away/maime everyone.
5. Bone her so long as it's not hurting her or her feelings, almost got some unbirth in there this week so let's wait a long bit before we take that risk again.

I mixed 4 and 6 by accident, read it while tired. If you can come up with any pet names for Apocalypse (meaning cute, short versions of it) lemme know cause I'm drawin a blank and really wanna have something shorter to write other than Kyitty

Letting our kitty out for walks isn't advisable before 50% happiness... it'll either run away or eat us... or both. :V

Hmmm, how do you make a cat happy without it leaving a cage... A SCRATCHING POST! Let's go get a tree, chop it down to fit the room, then make it suitable for scratching by carving it down a bit. We could put it in while we collect the fur (Which I hope reveals pink skin underneath)

Q1: Expand the fields and search for alchemy ingredients in the forest. If we're bored some time I wonder if we could convince Charlotte to give us a demonstration of her "basic pleasurer" skills...
Agreed that we should buy the drowsy potion and see if it works on Apocalypse. I don't think we'll have time to tame him before the next quota is due.
Q2: Hinges and Levers, part time
Q3: Describe recent events as best we can
Q4: The new rules look good!
Q5: play with her, but of course her health comes first
Q6: Lets be nice to the kitty - Continue happiness training. On that subject, we should try to get him a toy to play with. Maybe a drider silk yarn ball? and lets try feeding him some live prey to see if he likes that better.

Oooo good idea with the yarn, I was thinking a scratching post but that would take a lot of work

Q1: Focus on taming, I think everything else is taken care of for now. When Kislo goes to collect the spikes, he should take Slips with him in case the potion doesn't work as intended and he needs to hold the kitty down.
Q2: Levers, part time.
Q3: New hire: Anit. I'm not sure if there's any reason to mention the vine if it's not even planted yet, I'd wait with it until next month. Taming of the cat started, but it will supposedly take some time.
Q4: The rules are well explained and clear, nothing to ad here.
Q5: Kislo made sure that it would not harm her, and I have a feeling she might initiate some fun times herself. As long as she's able to complete her part of the quota for the month, sure.
Q6: Stick with happiness. As someone else mentioned, try with a live meal if possible and find him something to pass the time.

Q1: I agree with the taming - focus on ze kitty to begin making more money is a good route to go for now - everything else is indeed taken care of.
Q2: Still down for Tinker - Hinges and Levers since it's a free once and still progresses his knowledge.
Q3: I agree to wait until progress on the vines growth continues before we mention the vine. Aside from that, update on everything else...no small talk that I can think of.
Q4: They look great to me, babe!
Q5: Keep it going, but keep a close eye on her to make sure she's not being 'overworked' by it, or it's not negatively affecting her health in any way. We don't want the potential for a money making plant to ruin one of my favourite characters, now do we?
Q6: Keep ze kitty happy! I like the idea of bringing in toys for the cat to play with as well - keep it entertained!
