After being captured, Kana is brought to a surprisingly human Alolan Ninetales, who can look more or less like a Ninetales at will! I bet if you make her more feral, her tails would pop out!
Seems like whoever taught her must be pretty good at unbirthing and absorbing in order to make a Ninetales become a Gajinka version of herself!

Note: A "Gajinka" is a human with Pokemon characteristics, like having ears and paws for instance
