Oni are not technically 'Halloween' creatures, but they ARE demons....and demons are TOTALLY Halloween things!
Oni are tricky to get get! For one thing, they're big, and strong, and just as likely to eat you (or smash you into jelly!) as you are to eat them if you don't disable them first! So, no eating them while they're still at full strength!
Thankfully, Ryla knows exactly how to deal with them! Best bet is to just...run them around until they get tired enough to make mistakes, then hop up on them, wrap your powerful legs around their necks, and cut off their air! Eventually, they get all groggy and topple over, and it's the perfect opportunity to nom them!
Kitsune were known to combat Oni and other things in mythology, so this is right up Ryla's alley! This is about as big as Ryla can comfortably handle too, and it'll take all week to digest something this big!...bonus!

I don't think I've seen Ryla so happy with herself as that before! I guess there's a certain special kind of joy from outsmarting an all-brawn opponent like this.
