You know, it appears that her body reverts to a certain size every time someone new is ingested, at least to me. I wonder if the extra mass her new “friends” give her disappears after a while so that’s why she seems to shrink sometimes.

It could be possible that some of these encounters happen in separate instances. If so, she could have just not eaten her other meals before happening onto this one.

I hadn’t considered that option. Another is that there each comic is a representation of Sam in another universe where we see each meal that every Sam absorbs into herself.

Not quite. It's just that If I had to keep her size the same all the times, there would be a day where I just have to draw 4 spheres attached to her body, uhm? I just prefer to "reset" her to her normal state, wich is quite big already, and improving it everytime. Also, she can use her slime in many ways, making traps, other slimes, and such. So, yeah, not really different universes, but, everyone can have his own interpretation, heh

Oh her. I am a guy, but I’m sure there are some members of the other gender that have similar kinks. And that’s understandable. What kind of traps does she make though? Like, maybe a slime puddle that if someone is either foolish enough to purposely step in it or clumsy enough to fall/ step in it by accident without noticing, the puddle traps the victim in slime, assimilates and becomes a new slime servant for Sam? Just a guess.

Yeah, kind of. Made something like that in one of my pic, "Sam's day", it's in my gallery, heh. She also can just choose what to do with her prey, servant, sentient fat, just part of her, hah. Many choices!
