Well, this is the start of something! My first written piece on here in a couple of years, and this time its the beginning of a little series.

I present to you all, Part 1 of the BB series, aka the "Buddies" series, starring my Dari alongside  JoraBora's Jora/Jorako!

This idea came out of a series of sketches Jora has drawn featuring our characters. I've been in a writing mood and felt like giving some backstory to the images, and that led to this! This first story isn't based on any of the sketches made thus far, its more of a prologue showing how the scenario in the first sketch came to be.

If you haven't seen any of the Buddies series, I highly recommend checking them out. You can find them spread throughout Jora's gallery on here (though there's technically spoilers for future stories I guess, heh). There's three released publicly so far, and more on the way! Enjoy!
