A Patreon reward that  NDNode did for me

Elori has a nano-machine-factory in her womb. Those need to work off starting materials, they can't produce anything out of thin air. Here she is pre-loading her factory with some stuff. For liquids, she uses some kind of cartridge, but for solid materials, she just shoves the whole block up her slit. Those nanites will dissolve it any way.
