And yes, the attire that's Middle Eastern is quite deliberate. He's inspired heavily by the Camel Spider. They have REALLY freaky sex habits, they'll literally chew on their females lady parts to have sex and pass its children on. And they got HUGE jaws. They will basically just chew up prey instead of liquifying them a great deal of the time. Nom nom!
