There are occasions where Cadryn encounters a carrier, someone who IS infected, but no matter how aroused they get, the virus doesn't affect them. Of course, this doesn't stop him from having his fun~

If you are infected by the virus, you shrink whenever you have an increased production of hormones or adrenaline. In otherwords, if you have a boner, you get shrunk. It's also incredibly infectious. =w=
