The picture of the week is ready, and what a job! I am quite satisfied with the outcome though, and I must confess that I really like women in revealing loincloths.
Inspired by the movie "Tremors", I decided I wanted to paint something similar ( I have also learned that there are several movies including a TV-series about those creatures, but there are way too few women getting eaten there!)

For the last couple of weeks there had been reports of several people missing from a certain area outside the city. At first people had thought it was the work of bandits and slave traders, but the lack of ransom notes and sightings on the usual slave markets made people staring to wonder if the disappearances could be something else.
After filing out yet another “missing” report and the lack of results from the guards’ search, she had enough and decided to go out herself and see if come to the bottom of it.
Accompanied by her close friend and secretary she heeded out to the rumored area by horse, arriving after just a couple of hours under the sweltering desert sun. They jumped off and tied the horse to a tree a before starting looking for clues on the ground.
Here and there, they found occasionally a lone sandal, some goods, a piece of clothing half buried and the sand, but no sign of any living creature.
An entire hour had gone before something happened! It started as a slight tremor that shook the ground, not much but enough to make them stop in their tracks. Then it happened!
Abruptly and without further warning explode the ground under their feet and pushed them upwards! The previously so solid ground seemed to move and she had to spread her legs and wave her arms to keep balance, but her friend didn’t manage it. She sank down before her eyes with a scream while another shift forced her to bend forwards, and then she saw it!
Beneath her, her busty friend was quickly slipping into the salivating throat of a huge, toothless mouth, the very same thing she was balancing on top of. The other woman cried and begged for help while the tongue she was clinging to, proved to be disastrously slippery and unsuitable for a lifeline. It didn’t take more than half a minute for her to vanish completely inside the slimy and tight tunnel with a wet “glurp”.
The creature however seemed to be keenly aware of her presence, because it didn’t take long before the agile tongue to shot up again, aiming for her smooth leg.
When she had decided to come to the bottom of this case, she hadn’t expected it to turn out to be quite so… physical.

Looks like the two of them are about to get very close! Nothing quite so intimate as sharing a graboid stomach.

That is certainly true, let us hope they both are "into it", because the tight stomach won't allow anything else ;)

Tis a shame more women don't get eaten in films in general, especially with wonderful monsters like the grabboids in Tremors. Well done!

Not usually my thing, but your artwork has a certain 'feeling' to it I quite like~ (Tremors was such an odd movie, but I loved it because of it :P)

This is awesome! Very dynamic, and I certainly admit to a fondness for women in loincloths! The pair of hands just visible, clinging to the tongue are a great touch, too! :3
And as usual, I really like the accompanying mini-story. Those always add just the right mount of context.

Very nice! Lovely dynamic piece, with one young woman clutching that slippery tongue (in vain) and the other poised, beautiful and startled, in one final instant before she's consumed. By the creature below her, or possibly by that giant bird coming in to catch a treat!

Thank you very much, I am glad you like the scene. The chance that the worm get both women is probably the most likely, all it need to do is tip her off balance by pushing the tongue just a bit further up... ; )

Yep, there are a bunch of movies and a series. And I agree, not enough ladies getting gulped, but there are some that do end up eaten.

I wish there was more revealing vore scenes in those movies/series. It is great that it isn’t always the men who ends up feeding the creatures though, but I miss those sexy, unaware babes that unawaringly could have been caught:3
