Was working on the animation and my program crashed. I opened the autosave and it corrupted mid save

Oof ive had this happen to me when I was working on a little job, cept my computer died and photoshop failed to recover everything I was working on. I was so angry xD

When I edit in Final Cut Pro and using Clea My Mac deletes every file I ever saved in Final Cut. Both the files and the backups because they are "LARGE FILES"
