So, has Elle really accepted this? When I read the story, I thought thag Elle wanted just roleplay, not really digested.

Yes, she has. Though it was originally planned to be just roleplay, it's still something she fantasized about and wanted to happen. When it turns out to be real, it's a dream come true for her, so she accepts her fate, willingly becoming prey.
