This is the first chapter of a magic-fantasy adventure about a young woman's search for freedom and a washed-up paladin's search for redemption. It is inspired by all the times I've been gamemaster for DnD/Pathfinder and wanted to include something vorish. That said, the world and most of everything in it is of my own creation and has not been taken from an existing setting.

This is the first chapter of the first planned story arc/"book". In this chapter, we meet the main characters and begin to introduce the setting.

A huge thanks to Solmaximuta (https://aryion.com/g4/user/Solmaximuta) for letting me rant and rave in their direction for a month straight (honestly, it's still ongoing) while I hammered the outline for this series. Also thanks to Sol and others for proofreading and giving feedback along the way.

I hope you enjoy it, and please let me know what you think.

Cheers!

Sol's log, day 30.
Read a little more of Progger's story. Let it open to the world for a moment. THE COLORS.

It’s good, but I can’t help but think your’ announcement of this new series’d mean that you’re putting all your future plans for your Rebecca/Collar “on ice” in the interim.

This series, the Fourth Seal, is my primary focus at the moment. As for Collar/Daniel, I've only got one idea in the works for that universe at the moment. It's more of a half-written pet project which I work on occasionally. It will be released when it's ready.
Thanks for your interest!

Fair enough.

I’m only asking because I wanna know whether or not you’d permit anyone to use your setting there for a Time Travel AU, where Alina somehow wakes up in her childhood body moments prior to the events of chapter 1, seeing it as an opportunity for her to do the right thing there.

My apologies, but I do not presently condone the creation of fan fictions of my work and ask that you do not use the setting or characters from any story I post here for any such endeavor. The stories and the characters within remain very precious to me and I would appreciate retaining sole control over them.
Thank you for your understanding.

Oh, really? I understand being protective of your characters, since OOCness is something no writer should have to deal with. But why the setting, too? Cause in all fairness, all I was intending to do was write something in a completely separate part of that world: like the complete opposite side of the planet from where yours took place.

I’d just appreciate you supplying some extra context here beyond the initial answer you gave.

I'm afraid there is no more context to give: the names and personas of my characters and the explicit details of my settings are very important to me. As such, I do not want anyone to use them at this time.

I wouldn't claim to be the first person to come up with an Earth-like setting where only some women had voring capabilities, nor am I the only one to muse on the potential kinds of societies might arise from such a setting. I'd ask that you write your own setting with similar mechanics, but in no way use or make reference to the specific places, people and events I described in my stories (Daniel and Collar, in this case).

I know it may seem unreasonable, but I'm not asking you to understand; I'm asking you to respect my wishes.

Thank you.

This story is, simply put, freaking awesome. Two boney Orcus thumbs up.
I like the way you designed the characters, the combat feels energetic and believable, the world has enough details to feel true and the magic... no overpowered high power stuff. And you even made it in a way that vore feels natural to this world.

As a fellow DM, I attest you a severe case of good GM skills if you are able to produce such a good piece of story.

Oh, and I simply love what you did to the Celestial language. It's not possible to speak it in any volume less VERY LOUD and "to smite" is the all purpose word for causing harm.^^

Thanks! This series has been a ton of fun to write. I love nuances and details in storytelling, so I am glad you appreciate what I am putting down.

I hope you enjoy the rest of the series.
