Serpis can make her eyes glow green, turning them hypnotic.
When the prey has gazed into the pretty green eyes for long enough, they grow docile, trusting and easy to manipulate.
Thy'll believe anything Serpis tells them, and will have trouble disagreeing with anything she suggests~
The trance spell is subtle at first and builds up slooowly.
Constant eye-contact is required to keep the trance building up, so Serpis has to work hard to keep the kitty looking into her eyes as she speaks.
Weak willed prey are influenced more easily by this spell, and the effects take longer to wear off of them.
Strong-willed prey, on the other hand, require extra-effort, and letting their gaze wander away from the glowy eyes for more than a couple seconds is enough to let them start to regain their senses.
