Some traditional art i did of a new OC of mine called Viomira.


Name: Viomira.

Nickname: “Vio” or “Vi”.

Age: the elven equivilant of 25.

Height: 5’7 feet / 1.74m.

Gender: Female.

Species: Elf.

Occupation: Necromancer, member of The Order, helping lost souls.

Personality Traits: She’s basically a traditional necromancer in reverse. She has a happy and bright personality and is not very aloof or chaotic like you’d expect of most necromancers, and she has a benign portrayal. She began to study necromancy out of curiosity and because there was only certain areas of science that could be discovered through that area. She’s not a fan of the idea of becoming either undead, a vampire or a lich, she’s fine with being a living breathing being. Clothes: A green, white striped dress with a flower necklace with a red ruby in it. She also has a ring around her rist.

Weapon: Her staff.

Abilities:
-Summoning willing souls. (She won't force a soul fourth against their will.)
-Undead summoning. (The undeads she can summon are either mindless drones, or fueled by a willing spirit.)
-Fire Bolt/Ball. (Shoots out fire from her hand.)
-Green Flame Blade. (Summons a blade made of green fire. Upon hitting on target, the flame will also bounce to another that's close enough.)
-Mage Hand. (Summons a spectral hand that can be used to grab of lift objects.)
-Absorb Elements. (She is able to summon some elemental attacks, but not all of it. Being shot by a lightning bolt still hurts, and being blasted with ice or water is still really cold.)
-Detect Magic. (Is able to detect or sense the aura of magic.)
-Dispel Magic. (Removes blessings or curses from either enemy or ally targets.)
-Vampiric Touch. (While she doesn't like the idea of being turned into a vampire, she still combines this spell with Green Flame Blade from time to time. It zapps the life essence of the opponent and heals her own wounds.)
-Venom Skull. (Fires and venomish energy orb in the shape of a skull.)
-Healing. (She can heal people. Without having to turn them undead.)
-Drain life. (Will only use this as a last resort.)
-Chill touch. (Summons a cold, skeletal-ghost hand.)
-Blindness. (Makes the enemy blind.)
-Curse(s). (Mostly debuffs and weakning spells.)
-Speak with the dead. (She can communicate with the dead.)
-Astral projections. (Can make a projection of herself or others to act as a decoy.)
-Bloodof the Martyr. (Transfer some of her own life essence into another body to heal their wounds.)
-Finger of death. (Her most powerful spell. Like life drain, it's only used as a last resort.)

Likes: Study, books, magic, travelling, peace, helping lost souls, adventuring, sweets, her family.

Dislikes: Demons, people with the “good/evil magic” mindset, loud noises, sour food, people trying to get her to turn herself into either an undead, vampire or lich.

Attributes: As a necromancer she has a lot of necromancer spells under her belt. She also got a few others from the wizard schools that aren’t under necromancy.

Goal(s): Having a good life and helping out as much as possible.

Background: Viomira and her twin brother Viomiro never knew their parents growing up, as they lived with their uncle, Vodrac. He did say that they were good people though. As they grew up, was Viomira interested in magic, while Viomiro was more of a fighter. They did sometimes ask what happened to their parents, but it pains Vodrac so they stopped asking. Unknown to both twins, is that it was the demon Lorenasian the Destructor who killed them, and Vodrac was there to witness it all happen, unable to save them. Eventually, Viomira began to study necromancy, not out of malice or anything like that, but simply because she was curious, and that there were field’s of science that could be found there. Viomiro and Vodrac didn’t approve at first, but eventually did. Viomiro meanwhile became a paladin, and was able to raise through the ranks and become a general, while Viomira kept to her studies. While working with The Order, she eventually came in possession of an ancient artifact, the Ruzalax’s Skull. She learned very quickly that Ruzalax was still alive inside, and that he was a very sassy person, and had no problem with mockery. She often had to make deals and promises with him in order to keep him in line. As her skills in necromancy grew, so did her eagerness in helping lost souls as well. At one point she met a female vampire, who had a bit of a villain/bad guy vibe going on, though Viomira knew not to judge a book by it’s cover. Said vampire tried to make her, her wife, though Viomira declined. She was never able to figure out whether she was truly evil or not. If she meets her again, she might be able to figure it out.
