Well, i painted over an SFM render to get a good belly look. That + i used photoshop to colorgrade and add a little bit of lighting that'd look better than the default illumination i'd set up for the original image.
So you drew the belly yourself? Cause like most of the SFM models dont have belly morphs, and when they do you cant get them bigger then a 9 month pregnant belly.

That’s SFM??? How’d you get it to look so...BLENDERish?

Do define 'Blenderish', would you mean things like the lighting?

Yeah man. You know how Blender renders look super realistic? This looks like something rendered with blender. I’d have never guessed this was SFM.

I used a sphere model to act as the basis of the belly in the original render, then morphed it from there on Photoshop.

If you ever have time, a tutorial on how you did it would be wonderful.
