This definitely feels like a 'first pass' at this particular design. I basically just had the idea of a witch who's warped rituals began many Halloween traditions (Thus I named her Samantha Hain), and who converted the souls and remains of the women she ate into lovely magical jack-o-lanterns.
I may try to refine this and tighten it up at a later date.

Could have went with half green, half gold or whatever the color is. Or maybe had them be heterochromic instead. On a side note, those lil pumpkins she's holding remind me of the explosives that the Green Goblin or Hobgoblin throws.
