Now I haven't always been a fan of CV but it has grown on me over time. Now hyper dicks like this may not be my favorite (I much prefer normal sized dicks for my CV) but even with that said, I can't ignore the fact that she looks gorgeous and that you spent a LONG time on her. The outfit design for this character is brilliant, it evokes fond memories of the Witches from The Witch and the Hundred Knight, with the large hat. Alucard from Hellsing/Hellsing Ultimate with the tight red coat and buckles/belts. And the boots, well who doesn't like thigh-high boots on lovely ladies? The heart shaped pupils are also a nice touch, it's one of those little artistic touches I'm always fond of.
Ruby isn't a bad name choice, but it also doesn't stand out as well. You could use Ruby, but in a different language, Irubi for instance in Zulu or the more commonly used Rubi in various other languages. Definitely work on the name a little more Aesir, I think she'd be fu nto see more from.
